Seaboard Mutual Casualty Company is in liquidation under this court's decree of dissolution dated December 20, 1951. The Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth as statutory liquidator was directed to take possession of the assets and records of the company and liquidate its affairs. The company did business under the mutual plan and wrote several kinds of casualty insurance. All policies, except for certain health and accident coverage...
