F. I. Warwick, a tenant farmer under contemplation of T.R.C.S. Article 5222, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. art. 5222, as well as under contract of tenancy for agricultural purposes with his landlord, George H. Bingham, borrowed $1,500 from the First National Bank of Angleton, Texas, giving his note therefore and delivering as security chattel mortgages upon two tractors, alleged in the pleadings of this case to amount to a total value of $500.
