This suit was filed in the 108th District Court of Potter County, Texas. Appellees, Carl D. Coffee and Betty Coffee, sued appellants, A. L. Keeney, M. M. Burleson and R. B. Foster, and the Ideal Heating and Air Conditioning Co. as a partnership.
