W. C. Todd brought a trover action against Hoke S. Propes in the City Court of Douglas to recover a truck. Propes filed an answer, in which he set up that the title to the truck was not in Todd but was in the Glidden Company, and in which he alleged that he held possession of the truck under the right of the Glidden Company.
