In this suit for personal injuries against Roosth & Genecov Production Company and A. M. Sale, in which American Automobile Insurance Company intervened, Lee White, plaintiff below, was awarded judgment for damages of $30,000. Jury findings exonerated Sale from the only alleged act of negligence submitted or requested.
