Under authority of a search warrant the Sheriff of Coleman County and one of his deputies searched appellant's home, which the Sheriff described as: "a private dwelling located at 711 West Fourth Street in the City of Coleman, Coleman County, Texas, being the first residence on the south side of West Fourth Street...
