HART, J.

The sole question presented is whether the law in effect on the date of an employee's injury or that in effect on the date of his death governs the amount of death benefits which his dependent widow is entitled to receive under the Workmen's Compensation Act.

In the instant case, the decedent's last injurious exposure to silicon dioxide was on October 26, 1948. Such exposure and previous exposures caused his death on May 2, 1952.
