The parties were married in this Commonwealth on July 23, 1902. On December 22, 1921, on a libel for divorce filed by the wife in the Superior Court, Norfolk County, there was entered a decree nisi which became absolute on June 23, 1922. By the present petition the wife seeks to vacate the decree in the divorce case and to dismiss the libel. The husband filed a plea alleging that the wife is "barred and estopped...
