This is an action for brokerage commissions against defendant Arnold S. Kirkeby, as purchaser of a controlling interest in a corporation owning real estate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Plaintiff brokers were not employed by Kirkeby, but by the seller, Herman Watkins, who has not been served with the summons and complaint. The first cause of action in the complaint was based on alleged conspiracy...
