This complaint under Section 408(a) of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 2108(a) challenges the validity of the so-called "Brokerage Commission" of Section 19, Ceiling Price Regulation 5 — Iron and Steel Scrap, which permits consumers of such scrap to pay a sum of $1 in addition to the prescribed maximum prices to sellers of such scrap denominated "brokers" who have complied with the several eligibility...
