Plaintiff sued defendant in assumpsit to recover triple damages and reasonable attorney's fee and costs under the Federal Housing and Rent Act of June 30, 1947, as amended, 61 Stat. at L. 193, 50 U.S.C. § 1895. Defendant filed preliminary objections to the complaint. Section 205(a) of this act provides as follows:
