WOODLEY, Judge.

Appellant was convicted for the murder of Augustus Moreland, and the jury assessed his punishment at 10 years in the penitentiary.

The deceased was "the boy friend" of Obera Clark, the divorced wife of appellant. The killing occurred on October 6, 1951, at the Woodlake County Club where the deceased had met Obera by previous appointment.
