Ed.) c. 40, § 30, as appearing in St. 1933, c. 269, § 1, as amended, by persons alleging that they are owners of properties abutting a certain parcel of land and that they are aggrieved by a decision of the board of appeal of Revere granting the defendant Cutillo a variance in the use of the land so as to enable him to use it for a funeral home...
