The petitioner, a licensed milk dealer, applied to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets for an extension of his license to authorize service in the village of Chatham, Columbia County, New York. Pursuant to section 258-c of the Agriculture and Markets Law, a hearing was held on notice to the petitioner and proof was taken.
