This case arises out of a head-on collision between two automobiles which occurred about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 18, 1950, about two miles northeast of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, on Minnesota trunk highway No. 34, which runs east and west at the point of the collision.
