This eminent domain case was instituted to determine the compensation to be paid for a strip of land approximately 3,500 feet in length and of an irregular width not exceeding 125 feet, containing 9.151 acres, in Middletown Township, Bucks County, Pa., taken by the North Pennsylvania Railroad Company to widen, enlarge and improve the line of its adjacent railroad by the construction of a switching yard thereon.
