This is the second appeal by Alfred Dean Slack from a denial of his motion in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee to vacate a judgment of conviction and a sentence of fifteen years' imprisonment there imposed upon his plea of guilty to the violation of Section 34, Title 50, United States Code [1946 Ed.], by conspiring with others to violate sub-section (a) of Section 32, Title 50, United States Code.
