This is a motion for permission to file a late claim against the State of New York, pursuant to subdivision 5 of section 10 of the Court of Claims Act.

The claim is for damages for loss of services and companionship, and for certain legal expenses incurred, and is based upon the alleged false imprisonment of claimant's infant daughter, Edna Post, by the Children's Court Judge of Saratoga County...
