Upon motion of attorney for the defendant, Eleanore Julien, the trial court extended the time in which to serve the proposed bill of exceptions. From that order plaintiff, Wilbur Julien, appeals. The court granted an order to show cause why the time for settling the bill of exceptions should not be extended.
