This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Canadian county, Oklahoma, in which Leonard E. Hale, as plaintiff, recovered a money judgment against Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, as defendant, for damages to alfalfa crop.
