This case involves the question of whether or not the road in question herein is a public road. The action herein was brought on February 28, 1951. In an amended petition the plaintiff alleged that he is, and since February 23, 1937, has been the owner and in possession of Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 84 West of the 6th P.M.; that plaintiff constructed a road along the east side of the foregoing section but that defendants...
