The defendant Meckley, the driver of the car in which Miss Rambow was a guest, does not, by an appeal to this court, challenge the judgment based on the verdict finding him guilty of negligence in the matter of management and control of his automobile and in respect to the speed at which he was driving, and that each failure was a cause of the accident.
