CONKLING, Judge.

A jury having found him guilty of grand larceny and that formerly he had been convicted of a felony, and having assessed his punishment at five years in the penitentiary, the defendant William Phillip Rohman appealed from the ensuing sentence and judgment in accordance with the jury's verdict.
