This action arose out of a collision between an automobile driven by the plaintiff R. W. Hermes and a taxicab driven by one of the defendants Lloyd Markham an employee of the defendant, City Cab Company, on the 4th day of May 1950 on the highway known as the air port road a short distance southeast of the City of Bismarck. The plaintiff was driving south and the defendant Markham was driving north. The collision occurred at about 10 o'clock in the forenoon...
