INGLIS, J.

The liquor control commission suspended for forty-five days the wholesaler's liquor permit on which the plaintiff was the permittee and the Eastern Liquor Company, Inc., was the backer. The suspension was based upon three violations of § 4306 of the General Statutes1 and three violations of § 151-19 of the regulations promulgated by the commission.1
