This action was brought by the First National Bank of Paris, Texas, independent executor and trustee of the will of Mrs. W. G. (Mollie Bell) Freese, deceased, for a declaratory judgment to determine the rights between the trustee and various beneficiaries and legatees under said will, dated April 1, 1946, and probated by the county court of Lamar County.
