The opinion handed down in this cause on December 10, 1952 is withdrawn and the following opinion is substituted in lieu thereof:

Although other questions are raised, the principal issue in this case concerns the liability of the Citizens Bridge Company, a corporation, upon promissory notes executed in its name and delivered to H. P. Guerra for the sole purpose of satisfying personal debts owed him by F. N. Garcia, president of the Bridge Company...
