Charles A. Lichtenwalner, a single man, 17 years old, the son of plaintiff and his wife, Mamie R. Lichtenwalner, was on August 28, 1951, electrocuted and instantly killed by coming into contact with defendant's electric wire while he was employed as an apprentice bricklayer by additional defendant.
