ELLISON, Judge.
Appellant was convicted by a jury in the circuit court of Greene County of burglary and larceny on the charge of burglarizing a liquor store in Springfield in January, 1952, and stealing $200 worth of whiskey and some money therefrom. His punishment was assessed at 15 years imprisonment in the penitentiary.
