On May 29, 1934, Joseph F. Richmond of Chicago executed his last will and testament. He died on February 24, 1950. On April 12, 1950, the will was proven and letters testamentary issued to the Mercantile National Bank of Chicago, as executor. On January 18, 1951, a complaint in chancery was filed in the circuit court of Cook county for the purpose of construing the will, and on May 18, 1951, a decree was entered...
