The issue dealing with separations arises because subscribers use most of the plant of the company in New Hampshire in common for local or exchange calls, intrastate toll calls and interstate toll calls. The company's books of accounts, however, have to be kept according to a "Uniform System of Accounts" prescribed by the Federal Communications Commission which does not provide for the showing of intrastate and interstate results separately.
