Injunction proceedings were brought by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners to restrain the defendant, Charles K. McHenery, from practicing medicine without obtaining a certificate as required under Act No. 56 of 1914 and Act No. 54 of 1918, LSA-R.S. 37:1261-1313.
