This is a suit in assumpsit wherein the plaintiff seeks to recover the sum of $3,250 alleged to have been loaned by him to the defendants. The complaint alleges that the defendant, Dorothy Pennington, being the principal stockholder in the defendant, Airways Hotel, Limited, and acting as its agent solicited and obtained from the plaintiff $4,400 for the use and benefit of the defendant...
