A jury awarded appellee, D. J. Kellum, $2096.96, and in addition, the statutory penalty and attorney's fee, § 66-514, Ark.Stats. 1947, resulting from the almost complete destruction of appellee's 1949 Ford 3 Ton truck by fire. From the judgment is this appeal. Material facts appear not to be in dispute.
