This is an appeal from a decree dismissing a petition contesting a will dated January 13, 1951, on the ground of forgery. Appellants are the sister-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased, Anton Mayer. They had been named sole legatees under his earlier will but were not mentioned in the questioned will by which the deceased devised his entire estate to respondent Emma C. Holeman.
