MILLWEE, Justice.

This is the second divorce suit between the parties who were married in 1945. In 1949 each party sought a divorce from the other on the ground of indignities and we affirmed a decree denying a divorce to either because both were equally at fault. Carty v. Carty, 217 Ark. 610, 232 S.W.2d 446, 447. The appellant, Mrs. Carty, was awarded $75 monthly for her separate maintenance on the former appeal.
