This appeal arises out of appellant's motion for a new trial on after discovered evidence which was refused.

The appellant, Nathan T. Corn, was first tried and convicted on December 6, 1948, of the crime of murdering George C. Beam, Jr., and sentenced to die in the electric chair. He successfully appealed to this Court and because of certain errors was granted a new trial. 215...
