The defendant, Christine Johnson, was charged by an information filed in the district court of Tillman county with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, a subsequent offense; was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve three years in the penitentiary and pay a fine of $1,500 and has appealed.
