This appeal seeks to reverse a judgment declaring void and setting aside as fraudulent a sale of a Packard sedan by appellant, Dr. C. B. Pergrem, to appellant, Martha Combs, and sustaining an attachment levied on the sedan by appellee, Scott Smith.
