The appellant, Motor Transport, contends that the Public Service Commission in ordering the issuance of the certificate to Yule to operate as a common motor carrier in intrastate commerce between Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha, violated the legislative standards imposed in ch. 194, Stats., under which the commission is granted the authority to regulate the motor transportation of goods.
