This action was brought by the Appellant Ronson Patents Corporation (which will be referred to as the plaintiff) against the Sparklets Devices, Inc., charging infringement of claims 12, 13, 14, and 16 of plaintiff's reissue patent No. 19,023 for a "cigar lighter".
