In this action plaintiff, Midwest Bible and Missionary Institute, here the respondent, sought against the defendants, the St. Louis City Assessor, Comptroller and Collector, here the appellants, a declaratory judgment to the effect that three of plaintiff's properties in St. Louis, described in the petition, are exempt from taxation, and prayed the court also to enjoin the collection of taxes against said properties.
