Plaintiff brings this suit under the Tucker Act, 24 Stat. 505, Title 28 United States Code, § 1491, seeking to recover $10,000 which he claims by virtue of defendant's alleged breach of a lease. Plaintiff's grantor, Mrs. Amelia Herr Bickham, has intervened as third party plaintiff adopting as her own plaintiff's petition and evidence and asserting that if plaintiff cannot maintain this action, then she is entitled to judgment for the $10,000...
