As alleged in the pleadings and proven by the evidence on the trial, the following facts were established: The plaintiff Celestine Boehmer and Jacob Boehmer were married in 1939. Each had been married previously and had children by their prior marriage. At the time of the trial in 1952, plaintiff was sixty-six years of age, and Jacob Boehmer was eighty-one years of age.
