McDOWELL, Judge.
This is an action for damages for the loss of two cows, killed by defendant's truck on Highway No. 14, in Douglas County, Missouri. The claim was filed in the Magistrate Court, and transferred, by change of venue, to the Circuit Court, where it was tried before the court September 20, 1951, resulting in a judgment for plaintiffs for $350.
