These consolidated matters come before us on an application of the relators for a writ of mandamus, commanding the Judge of the Twenty-ninth Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. John the Baptist to grant to each of them a suspensive appeal from a judgment of the said district court ordering each relator to vacate certain living quarters belonging to the plaintiff corporation and occupied by each relator, a laborer on plaintiff's sugar plantation...
