The defendant was found guilty of the crime of operating a motor vehicle upon the public highways of Harrison County, Iowa, while intoxicated and fined the sum of $500.

He has appealed to this court from said judgment and the case comes to us upon clerk's transcript.

We have examined the record and finding no error the judgment...
