In her complaint, appellant, Mrs. Murphy, alleged that under the terms of the will of her uncle, Thomas J. Cartwright, appellee's father, she was devised an undivided one-ninth remainder interest in certain property, subject only to appellee's life estate therein. She further alleged that by false representations, his acts and conduct, appellee induced her to execute to him without consideration therefor a quit claim deed covering her interest...
