Helen Wakefield filed her petition seeking a decree of separate maintenance from defendant Ralph W. Wakefield, alleging extreme cruelty and nonsupport as grounds therefor. Without objection plaintiff was subsequently permitted to amend her petition to pray for an absolute divorce.
