The appellant, Mayfield Gas Company, Inc., instituted this action against the Public Service Commission to enjoin the Commission from enforcing an order entered by it on October 14, 1952, effecting a reduction in gas rates in the City of Mayfield, Kentucky. The lower court declined to grant the injunction, sustained the Commission's general demurrer, and dismissed appellant's petition. Enforcement of the order was stayed in this Court, pending the...
